We’re continuing a number of the things that we added in 2025 to make the Heart of Virginia Bike Festival more enjoyable for riders! We hope you’ll enjoy yourself with a great ride and a great time!

Routes:	The routes for the English  Century and the Metric Century were new in 2025. The loops of the routes are now clockwise rather than counterclockwise and take in some different roads.  The rest stops are a mixture of old and new and occur a different points along the route. We think you’ll like them as much as those who rode them last year.
Lunch (including Beer or Wine)-	Some of the biggest changes happen after you’ve finished your ride. The lunch is always good. This year, for the over 21 crowd, your choice of liquid refreshments  can include BEER. Your registration includes two beer tickets (be sure to bring ID).
Tent Placement:	The tents for lunch and socializing have are in the same place this year they were moved to in 2025. They’re back behind the old courthouse and located between trees that will provide the shade that’s usually welcome at this often warm and sunny September event.
Live Music:	There will also be live entertainment this year. Between Noon and 3 pm, Coleman, Fuller and Tucker will perform.
